Manage your subscription
Subscribe and update payment via Stripe Customer Portal.
Subscribe
- Open Billing.
- Subscribe to Pro ($49 / month, unlimited articles).
- Complete Stripe Checkout with your payment method.
After success, you return to the dashboard with the workspace unlocked.
Customer Portal
From Billing, open Manage subscription to access the Stripe Customer Portal:
- Update payment method
- View invoices
- Cancel subscription
Payment issues
If your subscription is past_due:
- Open the Customer Portal from Billing.
- Update your payment method.
- Stripe retries the charge — status syncs back to Jeenie via webhook.
Contact support if the dashboard still shows a lock after payment succeeds.
