Platform limitations
Current product constraints to set expectations.
Jeenie ships fast — some features are partial. This page documents current limitations to reduce support back-and-forth.

Field mapping
Optional maps are saved on the connection. Unmapped fields use heuristics. Fields that cannot be discovered safely are shown in settings and fail publish instead of being guessed (same spirit as “choose a Webflow collection”).
- Webflow — Option/Reference still auto-pick first values when unmapped.
- WordPress — ACF and Yoast/Rank Math are skipped when REST does not expose them. Meta description is not sent as SEO without a detected plugin.
- Shopify — Products/pages are out of scope. Metafield listing needs Admin GraphQL access.
- Wix — HTML → Ricos may drop complex embeds. Blog requires the Blog app and a post owner (
memberId). Covers go through Media Manager. - Framer — Server API is beta. Deploy publishes the whole site. Image/file fields need assets.

Draft vs live
No first-class draft-only publish toggle. Successful jobs publish live items. Wix collections with a draft plugin insert into the drafts shadow then publish-draft. Use Preview before publish for a human gate.
Multi-CMS per job
Each job targets one CMS connection. Multi-target publish is not supported.
Email notifications
Transactional email (job failed, published, billing) via Resend is not yet wired for all events. Check the dashboard for status.
Metered billing
Plans are a flat monthly Pro price with unlimited articles (daily fair-use cap) — no metered overage billing yet.

Some product and integration marketing pages are stubs. This help center is the source of truth for setup and operations.
Roadmap
Track shipped items in the product changelog and Blog. Major gaps above are actively on the roadmap.
