Prerequisites and locked features
Why dashboard sections may be greyed out or unavailable.
Billing lock
If you only see Billing in the nav, your workspace needs an active subscription. Complete checkout on Billing.
Unlocking statuses: active, trialing, or limited past_due.
Brand scrape required
Content generation requires a completed brand profile. Run a scrape on Brand first.
CMS connection required
Publishing requires an active CMS connection on CMS. Verify must succeed and the connection must be toggled on.
For Webflow, also select a collection. For Shopify, select a blog.
Credits exhausted
When monthly credits are zero, new jobs are blocked. Upgrade your plan or wait for the billing cycle reset. See Plans and credits.
Progressive nav unlock
Jeenie may hide or disable nav items until prerequisites are met. This is intentional — follow the launch checklist.
Rate limits
Sign-in, content jobs, brand scrapes, and invites are rate-limited. If you see a rate-limit error, wait and retry.
